Stop seeking validation from others.

Your worth as a person doesn’t depend on what others think of you.

The more you expect people to understand you, the more disappointed you will be.

Because nobody will understand you exactly and perfectly the way you want to be understood.

The more you expect understanding and acknowledgement from others, the more restless you’ll be.

The only one who can understand you perfectly is you, because you’re the only one who truly knows exactly what it’s like to be you.

So, if you expect understanding, validation, and acceptance from others, you first have to start with understanding where your emotions are coming from, validating your lived experiences, and accepting yourself wholeheartedly—imperfections and all.
